Cancellation Policy

Please review our simple cancellation guidelines before booking your zipline adventure.


     Free Cancellation

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund.

  • To cancel, simply reply to your confirmation email or call us with your booking details.


     Late Cancellations

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your tour, a 50% charge of the total booking price will apply.

  • This covers reserved equipment, guides, and transportation costs.


      No-Show Policy

  • Guests who do not show up on the day of the tour without notice will be charged 100% of the booking.


      Weather & Safety

  • Tours operate rain or shine, but severe weather or unsafe conditions may require us to cancel for your safety.

  • If Native’s Way cancels, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule—your choice.
